ANNULMENTS:
You can cancel at any time the reservation made. In this case, supposing you had paid the service with card, we will refund you the total amount.
If the cancellation occurs less than 2 hours in advance of the service to be provided, a charge of 10 euros is removed from the amount to be repaid
NO CUSTOMER APPEARANCE: In the unlikely event that the costumer has not been presented at the meeting point and has not made the cancellation of the service, loses the right to receive the refund because the service can be considered done.
To cancel o modify a service, the client must use the web’s form explaining the service to annul, the date and the amount paid.
